    Cowboy Cooker (gets them well done)

    I invented this tool just for cooking cowboys. I have seen several firepitts set up for cooking over the years. This is my version made from a harrow disc.

    Wow, this is very practical and a beautiful looking design. The hinge swing for the cast iron skillet is very clever. I like it.

    From the swing out skillet to the hanging dutch oven I thought this is a great idea then I noticed the attached griddle plate then grill and the rotisserie all on swing away mounts this only elevated the usefulness and augmented the already great design build. the fold down tables and the storage below completed the look.
    My only questions are how stable is it if everything except for the dutch oven were removed would it still be stable when swung outboard. and how difficult it to remove the skillet quickly while hot filled with food to take it to a table if needed.
    Never try to tell me it can't be done
