    Sweet corn harvester.

    This is what I see on my trips home in the fall:



    Usually the farmers near me park their semi and trailers on the side of the road and drive over to them to unload the combine. Some still use the little wagons but with the co-ops here they use mostly semis.

    I watched that video. The narrator mentioned the cost of those combines.

    JD X9 - 1000 Combine $821, 952

    36" front track option - $85,066

    12 row chopping corn head - $179,972

    Total for ONE - $1,086,990 have to harvest A LOT of corn to pay for that!!!!!

    Another reason for a strong co-op. Newer, faster more effective equipment can be used by many farmers in the area but none of them has to pay for the whole thing themself.
