At Intel, we're not allowed to walk under a load during a lift, not that I would want to anyway. That whole area would have been blocked off with red tape. Workers have been walked off of the job for ignoring the red tape. This video shows why.
I love how one guy, who's almost hit with that load, takes off his hard hat to look up and see what's going on! Reminded me of some politician guy one time, who looked right into the sun immediately after being told not to look directly at the solar eclipse.
