This demonstrator Hasn't scooped to much Ice Cream before.. You soak the scoop in hot water first then attack the icecream... You get and much better result in the bowl.... BTW Here's a recipe if it has made you hungry... It is really nice easy to make Ice Cream...
Homemade ice-cream
Ingredients:
 395g can NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
 600ml thickened cream
 1 teasp vanilla extract


Method:
Step 1 Place condensed milk, vanilla extract and cream in a large bowl.
Step 2 Using an electric mixer, beat mixture for 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture just forms soft peaks.
Step 3 Transfer to a 1-litre-capacity metal or plastic container. Cover surface with plastic wrap. Freeze overnight.
Step 4 Remove and discard plastic wrap. The trick is to put it into warm to hot water for 1 - 2 mins and it slides out easily.Serve immediately.

Also nice with some fruit piecies in it too. ENJOY!!
