This did not appear to be a pressure vessel failure, but some interconnecting hose failure, so a small explosive release of pressurized gas.
I just don't see CNG or compressed hydrogen in our future, I've seen it suggested in books back in the 1960s, but 4000PSI 270BAR, is not something that is safe to handle by common auto owners. And there is currently an accident rate in manufacturing plants, that if expanded production occurs, will be a common event.

The pump attendant seems to act like it is an every day occurrence but the owner does not return, maybe he just accepted it as a write off and has no further interest.

One municipality in our area had some city busses powered by CNG. I remember one day hearing on the scanner " All units, watch for bus # thatever." "Apparently they have a gas leak and there is a small trail of fire following them around from the rear of the bus."

Around 0:06' there seems to be movement at right side rear window, at the upper rear of window frame.
I don't want to know what it is.

I was watching that dude in the yellow shirt servicing his red car (in the upper left of the screen). His back was turned when the blast ocurred. He took off running without a hint that he looked back even once! There's no fault in that!

I think that is just a reflection of something moving outside of the camera shot. Like someone walking by or maybe a car door opening or closing.
