Just wanted to update my post with a video clip of the Plasma table which is now fully operational.
will cut 1/8" and 1/4" plate with ease, will have a good go at 1/2" but i didn't have enough material to keep testing - it also busted the consumables when they got dragged over some slag left from a previous cut. Would like a torch height controller but not sure how many electronic pcbs i can add with the already HF noisy environment. Writing up the build plans, its hard to do once the machine is built, most started off on fag packets.https://www.facebook.com/thompson.engineering
