Looks like a garden hose connection at the base of the nozzle.

It's just water. Those type of nozzles are also used to fill watering troughs on farms because they shut off automatically so one doesn't need to stand around and catch it before it overflows. All the ones I've seen like that were blue, not yellow. They all work the same. That looks like a Minnesota license plate and the person is dressed for cold weather so they will probably soon experience the aggravation of having the doors frozen shut.

I have never seen a coil like that with a heavy fuel fill line at at gas pump. Must be water line

A few truck stops will have dispenser with a hose and nozzle like that for RV's to fill their holding tanks Not all RVs can be filled this way since they will have the reverse of a hose bib to allow connecting a garden hose,
I agree with all the previous posts. Not gasoline no rainbow on the concrete connection looks like a garden hose. coil in the hose ETC
Best of all the idiots having a fight spraying gas on each other then some fool pulls out a zippo to light a smoke. too funny.
Never try to tell me it can't be done

I agree it’s water. Hose is too small for gasoline and too curly.

As an old biker taught me, petrol 50/50 with fresh engine oil makes a great wipe over cleaning rag mixture, the petrol helps loosen dirt and evaporates to leave a preservative oily film, an enhanced 'oily rag'. Though it came with the warning, outside only, cold engine and leave to evaporate before riding/storing inside. It's how I've cleaned and looked after my G80C for the last 40 years!

Cleaning a vehicle with fuel is not an unheard of idea. Humvees in the US military were painted with CARC paint and using diesel to clean them was a common practice... apparently...
