    That looks great, and I love the idea of using the wireframe for sizing!
    Just a reminder to all that some of us are beginners who don't know all the abbreviations. What does CRS stand for? I looked it up and the most likely meaning for me was Can't Remember Stuff! (-:

    That is one fine bit of fabrication work there. When I first looked I was thinking fiberglass or cast aluminum sothe fact that this is fabricated steel just bliss the mind.

    Beyond that you brother is probably right. There have been some nasty accidents over the years from people that have gotten caught up in gear trains. It is an even a bigger concern in a home shop with people around that might not know better.
