    I don't think it is fully set up and they are hopping that by beating on the bed it will break loose.
    note what happens to the one chunk that fell to the ground near the beginning.

    A friend of mine used to work for a cement company and every once in a while it was his job to jack hammer out the set concrete in one of the trucks that had broken down!

    Also, concrete settling and rumbling along a dirt road in the bed of a truck may well have vibrated itself into the “form” and the water poured right off the top when they arrived at the destination…

    Neilbourjally is absolutely correct. Looks like they are hoping that pounding the truck bed will free up this load of concrete. The angle of the bed, and how close they are to the truck - could spell disaster if all of a sudden the entire mix breaks free of the friction holding it in place. I doubt they will be able to move out of the way without injury.
