many chemicals when mixed together will change color but none that I know of can revert back to original. The only Chems. I messed with in lab were those that could go boom or give off dangerously noxious gases or eat through hard substances. Much more fun that just watching a color change
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products
