    I find myself with mixed emotions about that situation. The truck driver had plenty of time to slow down, IF he was paying attention to what was developing in front of him. But the minivan driver created the whole mess. I also think that mix was way too wet!!!

    The mix appeared to be in a dump truck so it was already jiggled and wet on top, not sure about the "plenty of time to slow down" he saw what was happening, did his best not to crash into them and spread a perfect change of colour and texture.

    My guess is it's a pour out the front mixer truck..... I believe they used to call them Rightway mixers at least that's what I heard them called. I only drove the other kind.

    Either way, appears a vehicle not being operated in a decent manner. The van pretty obviously focused on the sedan instead of the thoroughfare.
