Cast aluminum mortising fence

A mortising fence made through lost foam casting. The pattern was made of blue foam pieces glued with a low temp hot glue gun.

Yes, pics would be great. It would be great to see the process, starting from foam pieces to a finished aluminum piece.

Dang it cap. I cannot get the picture of my finished product up loaded. I am sorry if I caused confusion by apparently starting two threads on one topic, one referencing "lost foam" and one "cast aluminum mortising fence". I am not able to post photos after the computer changes at homemadetools.net. I hope that gets sorted out soon.
