Red car was going almost twice the speed of the motorcycle. As red switched lanes in front of the MC, the red driver realized he was going way too fast, got on the brakes too hard, you can see the back of red lift. The rear tires broke traction turning the nose to the right. Driver input left steering, trying to keep things straight, but was still on the brakes too hard and already too for out of shape for the speed. The front tires then broke traction.
Red driver became red passenger and both lacked the skills to fix the mess they created... or to have kept themselves out of the situation to begin with.

I like both, "out of shape" and "out of talent". To us in SoCal, "out of shape" normally referred to poorly handled drag race launches, and later included cornering then high-siding motorcycles, aka "crossed up". Bikes tend to be a little ornery and unforgiving pushed outside a mysterious boundary. Cars too, things usually out of hand might remedy themselves.
Then, some guys could do it as a technique......
