    That tool is the Panduit GS4H. An extremely high quality, all metal, professional tool. Unfortunately, (contrary to google searches) that tool is no longer produced and not available new anywhere. You can find used ones on eBay ($100-180) but . . . the company no longer produces spare parts! Panduit makes a redesigned, cheaper, plastic replacement, at 4x the original cost!
