We got sixteen C-130's in my unit to replace the ageing C-124's we had. Since the C-124 was a recip (P&W corncob engine), and the C-130 was a turboprop engine, our engine maintenance was reduced significantly.The C-130 is a beast! When I first saw that video, I thought to myself- I hope that tanks transmission is in neutral.
