    Bulldozing water - video

Bulldozing water in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Not exactly sure what the end game is here, but I guess I didn't realize you could move water like this. Or...can you? 20-second video:

Imagine this, you own a machine with which you can easily rip out of the earth the trees growing along that street, you could push any one of those vehicles out of harm's way if "push came to shove" and body damage was not an issue, but there is nothing you can do about that flood water as it rushes down that same street. I can imagine the frustration and feelings of helplessness running through those drivers' minds as they race up that street, front end buckets lowered just above ground level, in hopes of doing something helpful to stem the obvious destruction and damage that is rushing by your wheels. It would be like trying to boil ice cubes or fry eggs in the shell for me anyway.
