I think he is a plaster worker. some PPE but dirty white from plastering. Plaster is caustic.

Yes I know...but he reminded me of a mini statue in the making. hear hold this I have too much plaster....over and over and...boom a spare statue.!!!or per haps he has fallen off and broken everything but his head bone. well probably his head bone too...
