    brushless motor drill

This speed controlled drill, made with a brush-less motor compliments my Unimat DB 200 lathe. The base is made from a piece of quartz cut-
out from a counter-top. Holes for wiring are drilled in base material ,mounting bolts thread into "T" nuts . Drill handle is returned by a spring
winding from an old movie camera. Motor hight can be adjusted up/or down by loosening plate on rear shaft. Power comes from a 18Volt wall
    mounted transformer.

That is one nice drill press! What RPMs can you hit (just wondering about suitability for micro drilling).

To wizard69. The RPMs of this motor exceed 20,000, depending on the voltage transformer. I'm using 18Volts it really rev's up. Motor is rated for 36Volts.
