At the start the tool appears to have right hand thread, and then at 0.07 it appears to have left hand thread? Are my eyes deceiving me?

I think one side is right hand thread, and the other left hand thread. My usual attack is to use a LH drill bit. They will often bind up and back the broken bit out by themselves, though not always. Then an extractor that screws in to the left, or drives straight in, and turned left and right to break it lose, then left to get it out for most normal hardware anyway.

You are correct, it has right hand thread on both ends!

Stop the video at .07 and you can clearly see both ends have very coarse left-hand threads take a loot at the pitch and directional differences of the nipple and the tool.
A right hand threaded tool would just tighten the nipple
Never try to tell me it can't be done

I'm NOT disagreeing with you...but I must agree with "katy" that at the very beginning it is clearly shown that the extractor is right hand thread at both ends.

Not sure if the person who published the video did it intentionally to cause controversy or if it was accidental
