    Brass Instrument Tubing Benders

I need to know how to make and use with ease a tool capable of bending brass tubing 180°, I believe the dimensions of this tubing are as follow: OD .695" (or ~17.65mm); ID .694" (or ~17.63mm); Pipe wall .0215" (or ~ .55mm). Please advise all information/instructions regarding working with BRASS [tubing]... not copper, steel, aluminum, etc. THANK YOU!

Interesting tool build; please go ahead and post a new thread in the Help Me Build subforum, it has a very good response rate.

    Wie krank sind Sie, mensch?

Most of the good tubing benders I've seen follow the design described here...

Plans are included but you will probably have to scale them a bit to the tubing sizes you need.

Welcome to the forums, Krankenmensch! Jon and Marv's suggested links look like a good place to start.
