Free frozen fish for all passersby.

On the IN Toll road back in the late 70's, a driver fell asleep going westbound. His truck left the road to the median side. He went through between the bridges and slammed into the embankment below. He was carrying frozen foods of many varieties. He survived but the road was covered with frozen food. My wife, who lived at the time about 200 yds from the underpass and was playing outside, said it sounded like a bomb went off. They rode their bikes down to see what happened. After a while, they sent word that anyone that wanted the food should take what they wanted so it didn't go bad. They got wagons and boxes and filled their chest freezer. She ate fish sticks for 6 months and as a result hates them to this day.

That bridge looks similar to the famous "Can Opener" bridge.
Why can't they make a radar system that can detect the top of vehicles and warns them with flashing lights if they can't make it???????

They even have a website for this bridge. LOL :-D
Even though the bridge is 11'8" the signe shows 12'4", not sure which is actually correct (confusing at best), maybe that's why people still keep running into it.
