I have a new appreciation for my Black & Decker set.
Used by Jewellers for centuries, they even make their own drills for them.
Find an appropriate sized bit of wire and just file it to shape.

Actually this type of drill may even be better than a black and decker set unless the motor was mounted on a stand to make semi drill press.
Trying to hold a pistol shaped drill motor in 2 hand and the work in the other then only make shallow indentions with the bit would be not only tiring but difficult at the same time. ,
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products
