This Pontoon Boat, built by deceiver on Instructables.com, is floated by 2400 soda bottles within two wooden pontoons. It's 20'x12', and includes a carved dragon head that turns in the direction of steering, complete with one green and one red LED light eye. This would be a great build for first-time boat builder!
