I can’t make out what is being shouted. I hope nobody was injured or worse. It is so shallow any injury could have happened

At least they were actually wearing flotation devices! But now they're at the mercy of every subsequent wave. We have had many deaths near the break waters on Lake Michigan. People climb off of the concrete causeway onto the large rocks and get knocked into the lake by the waves, then they're repeatedly smashed into the rocks over and over until they go under.
