    Bio

Hi, I am a X army veteran of the 1st gulf war. I am in college majoring in Drafting and design. I am a wood worker, I like to build and turn various projects, from pens, to arts n crafts furniture. I also restore, improve on vintage tools. Both power and hand tools. One of my big projects is an early 1900s Oliver model 14 16 inch jointer. Curently working on figuring out a rotary phase converter. And the big organizing job of my 26 x 30 garage. Looking forward to learning and giving some of my information. I do have a background in commercial food equipment repair. I worked for Hobart and Ecolab for a total of 13 years.

    Hi chiselking,

    Welcome!

I'd love to see some pics of that jointer project. Is it a full-on restoration, or are you just trying to get it to run?

What's next on your build list?
