I've seen him on stage four times but never got to meet him. An interesting about ZZ Top concerts is the backdrop. They have a dashboard with gauges. All of the gauges have the needles in a set position except for the fuel gauge which starts out Full and when it reads Empty, the show is over. I have not met anyone that noticed that, but I'm always checking the gauges...

I sadly admit that I have never been to one of their concerts or shows I've just never been one care about going to concerts or shows.
I did attend one at an NCO club in Germany that Ernest Tubb put on was even called up on stage to duet and bastardized rendition of Waltz across Texas called staggering across Texas, because when I was younger he and my dad used to have a picking and drinking contest at our house once every couple of years Dad and MR Tubb had known each other since they were children.

Billy Gibbons is best known for his band ZZ Top in which he is a guitarist and lead singer.

Looks like a yellow Ferrari 328 and perhaps an old Corvette in the background. Were those his as well?

On an interesting note, Billy Gibbons is also a Universal Life Church minister. Whatever that means.

Billy also had a recurring role on the TV show Bones where he played the father of one of the regular characters. In addition to his music another artistic endeavor is designing jewelry.
