A bit of a saga this one, I sent patterns to a leading exhaust pipe manufacturer (Armours) who said they could make them. Three months later after many excuses from them I cancelled.
Bought a budget hydraulic bender and some 304 stainless pipe for less than their quote.
Made a few tools to assist the process and did it myself. A 32 tooth blade in my hacksaw machine cut the pipe square and clean.
I packed the tube with sand (wood bungs) and bent it cold, turned out ok. A flaring jig was made from a steel block and two domed punches followed by a ball pein hammer worked out well.
So in the spirit of HMT if you want something done do it yourself.
