I designed and built this shooting rest out of a bunch of scrap steel I had in the pile and a few pieces of hardware from McMaster-Carr. I didn't take many pics during the construction because it went together in about two days. Some 1" sq. tube and some angle with a few drilled holes done on the mill makes it very adjustable for about anything you want to shoot off it.
The allthread adjust easily for leveling or elevation.
The rear sling is fully adjustable for stock size and also elevation. The nylon strap has loops on both ends that I ran the quick pins thru.
I have not been to the range to shoot anything bigger then my 22 or this break barrel air rifle but the rest shoots very nicely and is relatively comfortable to sit it at.
Shooting the pellet rifle I was able to get the scope dialed in nicely at 25 and 40 yards. 1" groups at both distances are easy to hold.
25 yard group.
40 yard group.
