    BEER GEEK!!!!!

I'm a not so handy beer geek wanting to improve my skills. I'm hoping to find ideas for kegerators, grills, brew stands, and just cool stuff in general

Hi pat - welcome to HomemadeTools.net

Very nice, sounds like you'll fit in nicely here What kind of beer do you like to brew? I was on a IPA kick for a while, but I'm shifting to carefully selected stouts these days.

    Hi Pat,

    Welcome!

I've dabbled in homebrewing, too, over the years. Mostly stouts, porters, and brown ales. I prefer malty, lightly hopped beers. What have you been making lately?

In response to the kind of beer I brew.... yes. It really depends on my mood and what I have laying around. I make a mean dry Irish stout, and my lawn mower beer is hoped with Sorachi Ace to give it a tropical taste. I try the occasional IPA, but there are so many killer ones out right now, and Three Heads Brewing is local. Nothing beats The Kind!!!

haven't looked yet. I stumbled across this site looking for info on building a cold smoker for bacon. Funny thing about botulism...wait... nope, just not funny at all!
