Juan Browne did a great breakdown on this crash on his youtube channel blancolirio. I really like how he keeps it plain-language.

I wonder if the pilot had any sort of connection with that particular building. He center punched the front of it. If the pilot made it all the way to the runway and was on final approach why would the ailerons suddenly go awry? Was there only one person in the cockpit or perhaps two people fighting? I am not aware of this incident so I am only being inquisitive. Does any body know the results of an investigation? I used to fly in a Beech Queen Air and this makes me shudder. God bless any or all on board.

I'm very familiar with this airport. It's always a terrible tragedy when aircraft fatalities occur. So many times it's failure to adhere to the "basics" of flight that condemn a pilot in command and his passengers to die. This is why commercial airline pilots go through so much recurrent training over their careers.
