    bead roller parts

    Hi

    im building a manual bead roller so l would need new or used parts like shafts 2x and sprocket 2x, if anybody knows where can l buy them. It should look like on the picture. Im from Slovenia.

    Hi,

    That is exactly like mine. Got it from Pro Tools as a kit. Little welding and make a stand and assemble. Bought some blank dies and turn my own dies now. If this is any help.

    so what type of steel have you used for dies?

    Hi,

    I just use cold rolled steel, 1018. I turn on a lathe to desired form and use. It's not like I use them all day long in industry. You can make some out of nylon to avoid scratching aluminum.
