Bathtub Drain Tool

I was helping with some remodeling and an old cast iron tub needed to be removed. No one had one of those drain removal tools so I quickly fabbed one out of 3/4” pvc and a pocket knife.
Used a heat gun to heat the drain to help loosen the putty then I stuck my “tool” down into the drain basket and used vice grips to spin it loose.
Almost too simple to post but someone somewhere will need to see this.
