Looks more like they're pulling panels from a pre-heating oven and loose power coating in a fluidised bed tank, probably consolidated in a further oven if the residual heat isn't enough to fully melt the powder particles together. We used a much smaller version to plastic coat our junior hacksaw handles in the metalwork shop at school.
