    Band saw and roller base

Finally got around to joining my small bandsaw to the conveyor rollers on a common base using a scrap burn barrel frame found in the woods years ago. Just cut the back off it added adjuster legs, some flat bar and adjuster bolts for the band saw tack welded the roller stand to the center pipes then leveled everything to match. The old frame had ugly welds but like a pair of work boots the only one who ever cared if they were polished was my old drill sgt in basic.

That would be my motto, too. I`m not particularly concerned with looks as long as it functions. I`m also not one to waste paint trying to turn a sow`s ear into a silk purse.
