Those guys have the easy job. The hard part is unloading that truck.
Working in the Caribbean once, I watched as 5 men were unloading a 40' flatbed trailer WAY over loaded with bags of cement. It was about 1/2 empty when I walked by. One guy on the truck sliding the bags off onto one guys head. A puff of cement dust envelopes the guys face. Then that guy walks down the street and into a building. Followed by the 2nd guy, who is followed by the 3rd guy, then the 4th guy. By this time the first guy is back at the truck, repeat. Add to this, the guy on the truck is not placing the 100pound (45.3kg) bags gently on their heads.
NO PPE, hot sunny day, sweat dripping, making lines down their faces in the cement that was caked to their sweaty skin. I wish I had a photo or video of it but I did not want them to see me taking pictures of their misery.
