Put a releasing lock just on the other side of the to of the hill and a stair up to the car, Let that puggy kid get some exercise by peddling the car to the top then climbing the stair to get in the car push the release button and round he goes

Dad looks a little pudgy too. Maybe they can trade places? That is an exercise bike isn't it?
