Automatic infinitely adjustable milling machine quill handle.

Using a one way clutch, this quill handle modification allows one hand easy setting of the handle position without set increments.

Here is a McMaster reference for the type clutch he used in this design.

    https://www.mcmaster.com/products/ro...ring-clutches/

For those who are curious, he explained how this works on his Q&A in the yt post as such:

Pressing the handle to the left can lightly lock the handle to allow the handle to retract the quill. A lot depends on your quill friction & spring pressure.

For my machine. I increased the spring pressure to help with retracting the quill. I also added a spring loaded ball plunger adjacent to the handle thread to give a little constant friction. I will consider making a plastic split washer to give a finer adjustment to the housing friction onto the quill axle.
