An easy and cheap construction to protect our 12 v batteries from over charge voltage. The max voltage to charge a lead–acid 12 V battery must be 14.7-14.8 V.

Just as a reminder to people contemplating making chargers, the above is for LEAD ACID batteries. Lithium batteries require monitoring time, voltage, and current...and preferably temperature too. And you need to do this accurately, such as having a voltage reference better than what's in a standard microprocessor.
Really nice batteries, not as simple to charge as many companies think. Not super difficult either, but no skipping steps.
