Talking Another newbie tool lover from sunny England.

    Hi all,
Just a quick message to say hi.
My name is 'J', I am a 'Ambulance EMT' or UK equivalent.
When I am not working I'm in my workshop which I built from scratch 2 years ago.
It a large shed really approx 24' x 8' but it's my pride and joy.
I am a qualified TIG welder and do small welding and fab jobs and enjoy up-cycling old items.
I also love making my own tools, largely because I can't afford to buy a lot of expensive metalworking machines.
When it's to cold and dark to be outside I spend my time on the internet looking for new ideas,
hence I stumbled across this brilliant forum.
    All the best, J

Welcome fellow EMT, spent 22 years on an 911 first response ALS ambulance as well. I am new to the forum as well and look forward to learning from the vast knowledge represented here. Post some pictures when you get a chance.

We've got a ton of welding-related tools and projects in our database, all ready for your perusal.

We'd love to see some of your own homemade tools, too! You post 'em & we'll host 'em...
