I am a journeyman millwright by trade and I make aluminum bumper brackets for drag cars that have fiberglass bumpers My parts are cut on a water jet and have a burr left on them. I usually de burr with an 2" belt sander on the perimeter but still have inner edges that are time consuming to clean. I plan to build a de burr machine and hope to find some guidance here.
