Here is the pictures and some explanation. Feel free to ask if there is any questions.

    Can be mounted to vise.

Mount is assembled to vise with two M10 screws.
"Arm", that's the part where this mounting tool is mounted to different objects.
Is shaped to fit to the vise, that it leans to the body of the vise, which guides, and keeps it straight. This gives straight cuts.

    Grinder mount:

Is milled from one piece, then cut to half and turned 90 degrees and weld back together, to save time and material.

Axle, that connects "arm" and "grinder mount" together.

Weld washer on other end, again to save material.

M10 thread on other end of the axle.

Thread is where the "friction lock" connects, and its intentionally off centered.
Off centering makes steel and rubber washers that are bolted to it, make circular movement.
If thread would be centered, result instead of producing friction to the arms movement, locking bolt would just tighten or loosen, depending which direction arm is moving.

At the side of the axle is filed slot for the locking screw that locks axle and the grinder mount together.

Both sides of the angle grinder is M10 threads for the handle.
Piece of M10 threaded rod is screwed to the other side.

And a little shelf on the vise jaw, to guide for to be cut objects straight.

    Stand:

Bend edges as feet's. Weld angle iron on the bottom side, guides sparks behind the stand. (most of.. or atleast some of the.. )

Edge guide is locked to the stand with this M8 bolt.

Other bolt comes from the bottom side, and when it keeps other end of the edge guide on straight line,
it also works as a depth stop.

This can also be used as a tool post grinder on lathe. Originally i made one to my friend, then noticed that it could be useful for me too.

    Video shows the using.

    Thanks.

    Thank you Frank.

My friend, that got the first version from this.
Uses it for shaping stone on the lathe.
Diamond wheel, pneumatic grinder and cutting fluid.
It seems to work nicely. I have asked a video about the process, i hope to get it soon.

I really want a good lathe, needs just to find room for it.
