Honestly... I think this Forum needs a new rule..
" Title must even try to describe content of the post " ...

Hear, hear! Also, videos must begin with pictures of the video subject in use, not the raw materials used to make it.

Totally agree, I never bother with posts just titled (brilliant amazing cool etc) as they usually disappoint. Such accolades should come from other viewers.

If the cliche "awesome" appears anywhere in the description they go instantly into the ignore file.

orioncons36 - this is good advice. People use this type of phrasing on YouTube for good reason: it works to attract attention.

However, on this forum, the vast majority of the traffic you get to your posts does not come from people browsing the forum pages and seeing your post title. Instead, it comes from your listing in our homemade tool encyclopedia, our homepage, and our newsletter. For those sources, we rewrite people's post titles with a generic descriptive title - in this case: "Squaring Tool".

A good strategy here would be, when you are posting on this forum, to use your own generic descriptive post title. One advantage of this is that we won't be writing your title from scratch; you can use your post title as a suggestion for the title that will appear for your post across the channels that we use to promote your tool.
