I believe they do, however those included wheels tend to be the cheapest and most poorly designed & of a small diameter (meaning they would bind at the smallest of debris, which is ever-present under a fridge).
My father owned an appliance refinishing business in the '80's & '90's in which he'd refinish a client's fridge on-location with the food remaining inside. He had a set of low profile dollys used to move these heavy, fully loaded units, because the stock wheels were a joke. This hover-board dolly system would take the struggle out of the moving chore and reduce the opportunity of scratching the fresh finish. If used on appliances that don't come with wheels (like washers/dryers), it reduces the opportunity of damaging the flooring.
