    That is why he had a grinder handy just in case he did something stupid! Too bad if he had to holler for help then the humiliation would have been multiplied.

    Actually NOT! If you look you will see that he welded this end HIGHER than the other end. He could have simply moved to the right and his head would have come out fine. He also could have just pulled on the right side, it wasn't even welded, look how it came off when he broke the left side off.
