3-in-one wooden high chair/desk/rocking horse

These 3-in-one pieces of baby furniture function as a high chair, desk, and rocking horse. I know we have a lot of toymakers and grandparents on board; this would be a nice build. These images are going around the web labeled as "Amish" furniture, but, also known as "Trichairs", I believe that a non-Amish person would be capable of building one too.
