Yes, I appraise it the same way. Only possible benefit is the compact size, diminutive against even the smallest manned armored vehicle.
A quick google search didn't reveal a side view; this might be just a hood pushed along by one or two infantrymen. The hardware on the front indicates this is no behemoth.
