    Wow, that's massive! And there is another in the background.

    Makes me wonder: A) how long it took to make those; and, B) where were they used? On a ship? In a dam or some other waterworks?

    good way to take out the back lash!!! or are they different ratios??? kinda looks to be different ratios. but probably not that all seem to be just staggered above on the right side and below on the left side to the center gears teeth. I loved the chevron gears under the leonardo D museum in milan.( very old machine shop under the museum, not sure if it was leonardos or not.even a D.O.M. pipe making machine under there oh so awesome!!!!! and many more things. thats how to preserve history right, just build a museum right over it!!! leave it as it was!!! someday Ill have to make the trek back again.
