Did that V wedge shaped radiator cowl help the aerodynamics?

I am not sure I would want to travel 70MPH in riding in that "bucket" seat!!! Wow, what a ride that must have been, especially when right rear wheel/tire failed.

How about the fact you’re also sitting directly on top of the fuel tank!

I guess the guys from back then would talk about us, like we talk about the "new" generation today. "I don't know about the kids these days!!" Ah the cycle of life is wonderful!!!! :)

Frank my first thoughts were maybe to double the radiator matrix area. I was also amused by the open carb barrel in line with the tires.
