Congratulations Make Things - a well-deserved win.
I love my chisels, both carpentry and carving varieties. However, on the rare occasions when I inlaid something into wood I found it much easier to use a Dremel router to create the pocket. The lower power makes it more controllable than a typical router, smaller diameter bits are readily available and the flat bottom is produced automatically.
