10" table saw

I am looking for a hand crank for my 10 inch table saw to raise and lower the blade. The table saw is a Rockwell/Delta
Contractors Special, Series # 34-338
Serial # GJ -9412.
It has to fit a 3/8 shaft
The part that broke is a plastic circle with a handle on it, like a turn wheel. I checked the used parts etc. Does anybody have any ideas where I can pic one up It can be made of metal or have any Ideas on what to do or how to fix it.
